Order Process

Please note, we do not have a database of mattress sizes for different RV makes and models. In order to determine the correct size, please have your customer measure the surface the mattress will go on. If the mattress is a custom size or shape, please follow the custom order procedure below.

Orders can be placed by email ([email protected]) or fax

The following information needs to be specified on the Mobile Sleep Components Product order form or your own Purchase Order:

• Company Bill To Name & Address
• Customer Ship to Name, Address and phone number
• Today’s Date
• PO # (if applicable)
• Product sku, quantity, price
• If a custom order, use “Custom” for the sku and note description, price, and quantity
• Any special shipping instructions

Placing a Custom Order

Custom orders are any size, shape, or specification that is not listed on your price list. Please have the customer measure the surface the mattress will be going on. If the mattress has any special cuts (cut corner, radius corner, etc), have them make a drawing of the mattress along with the required dimensions. In some cases, a drawing can be obtained from the RV manufacturer (e.g. Airstream). Take note of the height of the mattress. If there are height restrictions in the sleeping space (i.e. a pop-up camper), we suggesting order a mattress in the same height or smaller.

There are no returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders once production has been started. We suggest having your customer fill out a brief custom order form indicating they understand this (we can also provide you with one).

To place a custom order, please follow the normal ordering procedure mention on the previous page, however, use “CUSTOM” for the sku. Note the size, product description, and quantity. Any drawing or schematics should be emailed along with your order.


Pricing will be based on whatever size would need to be cut down plus 10%. For example, a 57”x76” you’d find the cost a 60”x80” mattress on your price sheet and add 10% to cover labor costs.

Please note, due to factors like temperature, humidity, pressure, etc., we have a size tolerance of +-1” when it comes to mattress sizes.

Cancellation & Return Policies


Dealers may cancel their order at any time up until the time the product has shipped. To cancel an order, you must notify us by calling 888-468-9403 or emailing [email protected].


If you’re cancelling by email, the order is not considered cancelled unless you receive a reply email confirming receipt of cancellation from Mobile Sleep Components LLC. If the product has shipped or is in possession of the consignee, then there may be a restocking fee of up to 35% of the dealer price. The restocking fee is a function of the expenses incurred which include shipping costs, product inspection and repacking fees. For example, if the product is returned unopened, then only shipping expenses would be applied to the restocking fee. We will accept a product return, if the product is returned in its original packaging. For example, if the product is opened, then we must inspect, test and repackage the product to ensure it’s in perfect working order. If the product is returned damaged, where it needs to be refurbished and could not be resold as new, then a 50% restocking fee will apply. You must notify Mobile Sleep Components LLC within 14 calendar days of the ship date to obtain an authorization to return. Returns without prior authorization will be refused by Mobile Sleep Components LLC. Custom or special orders cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy

At the completion of production, mattresses will be compressed, sealed in plastic, rolled, and shipped in a corrugated shipping box. Some models will be folded in half before they are compressed and rolled to further save you on shipping. We can ship the mattress directly to you or to your customer (anywhere in the continental US). For international shipping rates or for Hawaii, Alaska, PR, or USVA, please call for a freight quote. Most orders ship FedEx Ground, however, under certain circumstances, we may ship via UPS, USPS, or a trucking carrier (ABF, Roadrunner, R&L, etc).

Average production time is 5 business days (Mon-Friday). Orders placed on Monday by 7am PST, will usually ship out the following Monday. Please note, these are average production times. We can accommodate rush orders on a case by case scenario depending on how many orders we have in the queue. To request a rush, please email [email protected]. Once your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number within 24 business hours (e.g. if it ships on Friday, you will receive tracking on Monday). Transit time from our plant in South Carolina is 2-3 business days on the east coast and 4-6 business days to the west coast. We do not request a signature for shipments and the driver will leave it on the front porch if shipping to a residence. If you require a signature, a $3.00 charge may be added to your order to cover carrier charges.

Modifying an address after an order has shipped:

If your customer has accidently provided you with the incorrect address, Fedex charges a $12 address change fee plus any applicable differences in freight.

Refusal of delivery:

If delivery is refused, shipping charges both ways will be assessed.

Freight Damage Claims:

If damage is found after taking delivery, then you must notify Mobile Sleep Components within 48 hours of taking delivery. Please keep all original cartons and packaging. Take photos showing damage and email to [email protected]. We will authorize the return to the plant. You must package the mattress with the original packaging. Please take care in packaging for the return, since more damage can occur, if the product is not adequately packaged once opened.

Brick & Mortar Policy

Reseller understands that this program can only be offered in a physical store location (e.g. RV dealerships, RV parts & service centers, RV repair shops, RV rental companies, and RV accessories stores). Retailers intending to sell our products or use the Mobile Sleep Components logo on the internet must receive prior approval in writing from Mobile Sleep Components. If approved, dealers displaying our product line on their website must show MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing to protect the margins of our brick and mortar retailers.
